Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms cover [x]Tracker: our Discord bot, our website at xtracker.xyz, the evidence vault and the API (together, "the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Who can use it
You must be old enough to use Discord, which is at least 13 years old, or older if your local law says so. You also have to follow Discord's and Roblox's own rules while using the Service.
2. What the Service does
[x]Tracker is a community-run registry of Roblox accounts that our staff have reviewed and flagged for cheating, plus tools to look up accounts, badge history and group memberships. Information comes from our own database and from Roblox's public data.
3. Registry entries are not verdicts
- An entry reflects what our staff saw in the evidence at the time. It is not a legal accusation or a guarantee.
- Entries can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Please don't treat a listing as the only reason to ban, harass or punish someone. What you do with the information is your decision.
- If you think an entry is wrong, join our Discord community and open an appeal ticket. We will review it and may update or remove the entry.
4. Using the Service responsibly
You agree not to:
- submit false or misleading reports, or fake or edited evidence;
- use information from the Service to harass, threaten or expose someone;
- overload, scrape or attack the Service, or get around its cooldowns, limits or restrictions;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the bot, website or API;
- pretend to be [x]Tracker staff, or use the Service for anything illegal.
If you break these rules we may restrict or blacklist you. A blacklisted account loses access to the bot's tools.
5. Reports and evidence
When you submit a report or evidence you promise that it is genuine and that you are allowed to share it. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you give us permission to store it, review it, and show it as part of registry entries and the evidence vault, including to other staff and users of the bot. Please don't include passwords, home addresses or other private details in evidence.
6. API keys
An API key belongs to you. Don't share it, sell it or use it to hide abuse. We can set rate limits and can revoke any key at any time. The API comes with no promise of uptime. How you may use the data it returns, including the rules on storing and caching it, is set out in our API Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Cooldowns, limits and paid plans
Some features have cooldowns or limits, and we can change them at any time. Server boosters in our community Discord, and in future paid plan members, may get shorter cooldowns or higher limits. If we launch paid plans, their price and any extra terms will be shown before you buy.
8. Roblox and Discord
[x]Tracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their owners. Roblox data can change or become unavailable, and we are not responsible for that.
9. Our rights
The bot, website, logo, branding and design belong to [x]Tracker. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.
10. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be offline, slow or wrong at times, and we don't promise that it will always be accurate, complete or error free.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Ending access
We can suspend or remove your access at any time, especially if you break these terms. You can stop using the Service whenever you like, and you can remove the bot from your server at any time.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will announce big changes in our Discord community. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms.
